Marilyn
Hartle, MSW, LCSW, has 25 years experience in
working with older adult issues. She is a partner of Jentle Harts
Consulting, a firm that provides creative, practical solutions in
healthcare and dementia care. She is an active volunteer of the Public
Policy Committee and the State education Conference Planning Committee for
the Central Indiana Alzheimer's Association. Ms Hartle also serves as
adjunct faculty of the Indiana University School of Social Work. She has
attained Dementia Care Mapper, Level III Evaluator status through the
Bradford Dementia Group, Bradford Institute, University of Bradford,
Bradford, England. She currently serves on the Dementia Care Mapping
National Advisory Board for the USA.

LaDonna Jensen, R.N. is a registered nurse of 40 years, and is a partner of Jentle Harts Consulting. She has attained Basic, Advanced, and Evaluator status as a
Dementia Care Mapper through the Bradford Dementia Group, Bradford
Institute, University of Bradford, Bradford, England. She serves on the
Dementia Care Mapping National Advisory Board for the U.S.A. She is active in the Central Indiana Alzheimer’s Association, co-founding the East Central Indiana Outreach Committee, and serving on
the Professional Education Committee. She currently holds an appointed position on the Indiana
Governor’s Task Force on Alzheimer’s Disease. In January, Mrs. Jensen
was selected by the Central Indiana Alzheimer’s Association to
participate in the train-the-trainer curriculum of “Activity Based
Alzheimer’s Care” provided by the National Alzheimer’s Association
